Billing

Participating Insurance Plans
Our office participates with:
- Aetna PPO
Metlife PPO - United Concordia PPO
- DentaQuest PPO
For patients with these insurances, we will bill at the negotiated rate. Patients are responsible for ALL fees not covered by these dental plans. In cases where patients have 2 dental insurance plans, we will provide you with forms to file for secondary coverage. However, you will be responsible for payment in full after primary coverage is paid.
Companies often change the dental plans they offer to employees on a yearly basis. Because we deal with so many dental plans outside of the ones with which we participate, we ask that our patients KNOW and UNDERSTAND their own insurance plans. This will help eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings.
Payment
We make every attempt to keep our fees reasonable while still providing the highest quality of dental care. Payment is due at the time the service is rendered for all patients who do not have dental insurance or have made alternative plans.
Insurance Specialist
Nancy Murray is our office manager and insurance specialist. As office manager, she is responsible for the daily operations of our office, and for the scheduling and coordination of patient treatments and payments. As insurance specialist, she makes all financial arrangements with our patients.
Before we initiate treatment, Nancy can help you better understand your insurance and determine approximate insurance coverage. This is NOT a guarantee of insurance payment. She may also be able to help you with any problems you may encounter trying to get insurance reimbursement. All insurance claim forms are filed the day of your visit.
Account Questions
If you have questions or concerns about your account, you may contact us Monday thru Thursday during normal business hours. Please ask to speak with Nancy. On most occasions, a simple telephone call will help to answer any questions or misunderstandings.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. We are affiliated with Capital One Healthcare Finance and Care Credit, which may be used to help you with your dental costs.
